Program & Renewal Terms
How ARISEL Program fees work, what renews automatically, and how to cancel.

These terms apply to programs offered to patients by Alexander Naturopathic, Inc. They add to the patient agreement you sign at enrollment. If the two differ, the signed agreement controls. Clinic programs and protocol licensing are offered separately by ARISEL Sciences LLC under their own agreements.
Six-month programs
ARISEL Essentials, ARISEL Precision and the condition programs run in fixed six-month blocks. Your price, payment schedule and what’s included are shown in writing before you enroll. A six-month program ends at the end of its term and does not renew automatically. Heart Health includes an optional second six-month phase, which you choose separately.
Ongoing membership (optional)
After a program, you may choose an ongoing membership. If you do:

It renews automatically every month at the price shown at enrollment, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.

We ask for your clear consent to automatic renewal before charging you, and send you a confirmation that includes these terms and how to cancel.

We send a reminder at least once a year that your membership renews, and we tell you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before any price increase takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel an ongoing membership at any time, online, in the patient portal under Billing, by calling (949) 200-1400, or through the contact form on our website. You can cancel the same way you signed up, without a phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Founding cohort
Founding cohort members pay no program fee for the six-month program. There is no automatic renewal. Supplements are purchased separately through our dispensary; your expected supplement cost is reviewed with you at your screening call before you enroll. You may leave the cohort at any time by telling us in writing.
Supplements
Supplements are ordered through our Fullscript dispensary and are sold, shipped and billed by Fullscript. Fullscript’s autoship is optional, and you manage or cancel it in your Fullscript account. Our relationship with Fullscript is described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Refunds
If you cancel a six-month program within 7 days of enrolling and before your first visit, we refund it in full. After that, you can stop at any time and we refund any full months that haven’t started, less the cost of visits, testing and supplements already provided. Membership fees aren’t refunded for a billing period that has already started.
Medical care
ARISEL programs don’t include prescribing. Medication decisions stay with your prescribing clinician. Program app content is education and lifestyle support alongside your own medical care, not a substitute for it.
